Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Smart IMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced system support duties in a support desk/applications/desktop/field environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on information technology equipment and software.
- Perform complex duties related to troubleshooting, configuring, and diagnosing desktop and network hardware and software issues.
- Assist with imaging, setup, and deployment for PC/Laptop telework deployment and monitor upgrades throughout the Department of Human Assistance.
- Provide 2nd level help desk support and respond to customer service requests.
- Lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds.
- Have a valid California Driver's License, Class C.
- Microsoft Operating systems including Windows 10; Windows 11 a plus.
- Microsoft 365 products.
- Imaging software and automated imaging processes.
- Principles and practices of customer service.
- Principles and practices of troubleshooting computer system hardware and software problems.
