Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role as a Power Systems Sales Development Representative at Depco Power Systems in Houston, TX. As a Power Systems Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships with potential customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that will drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage sales activities and track progress
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the power systems industry
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Understanding of power systems and related products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
