Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Advanced Containment Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for trade shows and other business development activities.
