POSITION SUMMARY:Join us as a Sales Producer specializing in Employee Benefits, where you will play a vital role in driving business expansion across various product lines. As part of a collaborative corporate and regional team, you will have the opportunity to forge your own path to success, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of insurance products
  • Enhancing client retention through outstanding customer service
  • Developing accounts and cross-selling services
  • Generating new client leads
  • Presenting services at meetings and finalizing agreements
  • Establishing strong client relationships for enduring partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS:We seek independent, sales-oriented professionals with a background in business development. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting out, with 3-15 years of sales experience, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth. Additional qualifications include:
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Preferably experience in Employee Benefit Insurance sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Industry-specific sales experience
  • State licensing within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong listening and client needs assessment skills
