Sales Responsibilities
  • Establish and meet new business objectives.
  • Utilize our Sales Tools to identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities, creating a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring all leads and prospects are documented in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and national teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and leverage multi-disciplinary resources to maximize outcomes.
  • Engage in community events, utilize personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales.
  • Maintain current licensing and educational requirements.
  • Attend training sessions to stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
  • Travel as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Possession of valid insurance licenses and a driver's license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong understanding of insurance underwriting and rating processes.
