Job Overview

The TIER4 GROUP is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Franklin, WI. This contract role offers the opportunity to gain experience with a Fortune 500 company.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support via phone and chat in a contact center environment, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely, and handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone and chat to customers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely using various tools and applications.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, meeting key performance indicators such as attendance, first-contact resolution, and quality.

Training Period:

  • Duration: 7 weeks (onsite in Franklin, WI)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Candidates must attend the full training period without planned time off.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
