Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for various store systems, applications, and equipment.
About the Role:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for store hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with store employees and analysts to resolve technical problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions or escalations
- Stay up-to-date with system information, updates, and outages to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop strong verbal communication and customer service skills to handle emergency and non-emergency situations effectively
About You:
- You possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in help desk support
- You have a basic understanding of various hardware and network configurations
- You prefer knowledge of Apple iOS and software, including handheld equipment, i.e., phones, tablets, etc.
