Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Staffing. This role provides technical support in a contact center, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Salary: $20/hour (approximate annual salary: $41,600 based on 2080 hours/year)

Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot remote hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone and chat interactions.
  • Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling an average of 25 interactions per day for over 20,000 supported staff.
  • Adhere to schedule, meet key performance indicators, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 50+ words per minute typing speed without auxiliary aids.
  • Experience with MS Office and Outlook, as well as background in multi-channel environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer, mobile device hardware, and software troubleshooting.
