About the Role

The IT Services Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tier 1 support by analyzing and resolving incidents and requests related to various technical areas.
  • Assist in deploying, supporting, and managing endpoints; update databases as needed.
  • Log and track incidents and requests using the service management tracking system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support users.
  • Contribute to special projects to enhance the team's expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts and principles. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required. Additional qualifications include proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, business productivity applications, Active Directory administration, and desktop security applications.

A minimum of two years of Service Desk experience is preferred but not necessary for this position.
