  • You have a strong understanding of IT systems and applications, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

The Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor Work Queues and Resolve Issues
  2. Provide Initial Responses and Escalate as Necessary
  3. Generate and Analyze Reports
  4. Assist in Creating Training Documentation and Delivering Training Sessions
  5. Conduct Research and Provide Guidance
  6. Collaborate with Other Business Units

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the aviation industry (preferred)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
