Senior Employee Relations Manager

Chewy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our Employee Relations Center of Excellence, you will provide expertise in employee relations, investigations, and risk management for one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into complex employee concerns
- Provide recommendations for appropriate course of action based on investigation outcomes
- Partner with our Legal team on cases and train HR team members in conducting thorough investigations
- Use excellent interviewing and documentation techniques, and utilize our online case management tool for reporting and tracking
- Provide critical input to the formation and consistent application of company policies
- Review investigation cases and provide actionable feedback to reduce overall risk in the organization
- Support the evolution and improvement of our Employee Relations framework
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive employee relations experience, including extensive experience in completing workplace investigations
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law, as well as Labor Relations and standard methodologies in conducting workplace investigations
- Experience working with HR information systems and investigation case management software
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional active listening skills
- Demonstrable track record of using good judgment to handle complex situations effectively
- Experience creating and conducting training related to ER investigations and compliance

- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $176,000
