Job Title: Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our Sales team at Restaurant Depot LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and effective customer service to new and existing customers, utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products to increase store sales and assist with product selection, merchandising, and special requests.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product information requests.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to all customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and complaints, and provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Field Marketing Representatives to meet and exceed customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of products and customer information using computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as industry-specific software.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures; effective oral and written communication skills; high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
