Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while providing prompt feedback.
- Estimation Assistance: Aid in preparing estimates, conducting on-site evaluations, managing invoicing, and processing repair orders.
- Appointment Scheduling: Organize service appointments, track service progress, compute charges, and handle payment transactions.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with management to ensure necessary parts are available for service tasks.
- Service Monitoring: Work with management to guarantee timely service on each vehicle.
- Vehicle Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle information.
- Technology Utilization: Proficient use of iPads for service management.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain organized spreadsheets and charts for service tracking.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Experience: Previous automotive experience is advantageous (cars and trucks). A clean driver's license is preferred.
Work Schedule:Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5:30pm
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 8am - 2pm
