Sales Team Director

h3Job Description/h3pOmada Search is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Director to lead a Business Development Representative (BDR) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth by developing and executing market strategies, utilizing data-driven insights, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. You will coach and motivate your team to meet and exceed targets, while also being an advocate for the sales channel within the organization./ppThis position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management within the HVAC industry. As the Sales Team Director, you will develop and lead a team of sales leaders and managers through providing strategic direction to ensure superior customer service and associate accountability across a regional business./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliProvide strategic direction to sales management through setting sales objectives and goals for the assigned regional market./liliDesign strategic plans to achieve/exceed targets./liliFoster a culture of continuous improvement for the Sales team by coaching, motivating, and mentoring./liliPartner with Regional teams to build and nurture customer relationships while enhancing the overall customer experience./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners./liliIdentify and eliminate obstacles by collaborating with internal groups to facilitate effective solutions for the sales team./liliProactively identify internal and external areas of opportunity for improvement to mitigate customer and internal associate concerns/issues./liliProvide insight to the Vice President on market shifts and strategic direction of business segments within the channel./liliEnsure accurate customer information is captured within our CRM system (Salesforce) for effective sales funnel management./liliThe ability to cross function between the different regional business units./liliMake timely and appropriate recommendations for ongoing education and training for new and existing team members./liliAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive leadership./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBachelor's degree/lili5-7+ years experience directly managing a sales team/liliEquipment, Parts & Supplies and Light Commercial HVAC experience preferred./liliDemonstrated ability to drive sales, revenue, and business growth./liliStrong decision-making skills; compelling business and financial acumen/liliExcellent communication and team leadership skills, with a passion for sales and team development./liliAbility to work flexible hours and travel when necessary./liliMust be a self-starter, articulate and possess excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills./liliProficient in MS office/Salesforce applications./li/ul
