Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Sales Manager to join our team at 4Front Engineered Solutions, Inc. This role will be responsible for monitoring performance and devising sales strategies for large National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review competitor sales efforts and strategies to ensure market intelligence is passed to the marketing function
  • Prepare project proposals and ensure accurate and competitive proposal delivery
  • Coordinate sales efforts with architects, consultants, general contractors, etc.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, including quoting, order entry, installation, and final inspection
  • Plan and ensure optimum use of resources with distributors to attain assigned targets

Requirements:

  • Superior communication skills are required
  • 3-5 years' experience selling capital equipment, industrial goods, or related products
  • Proven success record in exceeding revenue and margin budget goals
  • Knowledge of complete product line & market awareness
  • Ability to maintain customer database and strong network of industry contacts
