Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Fung Group. As a key member of our Accessories & Footwear business, you will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing our business in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our customer base and grow the business
  • Manage key customer relationships and keep pace with industry trends and market dynamics
  • Drive business development and growth through identifying new customer opportunities and creating/executing business proposals
  • Implement business development strategy for merchandise category, channel, and cost structure
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans to exploit all potential internal and external customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business objectives

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Accessories & Footwear industry
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach
