Position Overview

Join Our Team as an Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role within our Operations team. This position allows for independent work while remaining integral to team dynamics. The coordinator will manage various projects and responsibilities, including handling inbound and outbound communications, coordinating repairs, and maintaining customer relations to ensure satisfaction post-service. The role demands a focus on precision, promptness, and responsiveness, along with a high degree of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and modify daily fieldwork tickets utilizing the TCR Software Program.
  • Handle HR documentation, including payroll validation, PTO requests, and updates to personnel records.
  • Process invoices and manage billing corrections and collections.
  • Organize, monitor, and document inventory.
Qualifications

What We Seek:
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong skills in customer relations.
  • Familiarity with TX wage and hour regulations.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, with the majority of time spent in a controlled office environment.
