Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Support Staff member for our dynamic front office at True Team Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to all professional standards, as well as Medicaid and Medicare regulations, including filing, documentation, and compliance with agency policies and procedures, along with HIPAA guidelines.

2. Manage clinician schedules, coordinate appointments, and prepare necessary documentation for daily meetings.

3. Accurately input essential consumer information into medical records to facilitate appointment scheduling and service documentation.

4. Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, while maintaining a courteous demeanor towards the public. Collect fees for services rendered and assist clients with inquiries regarding available services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, excel in teamwork, possess a strong commitment to patient care, understand office operations, and have knowledge in the fields of Mental Health, Social Work, or Healthcare.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A minimum of a High School Diploma is required. Previous office experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
