Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Operations department with data entry and document review.
2. Communicate with claimants via phone or email to verify demographic information.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports.
4. Ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel).

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is approximately $42,000-$58,000 per year, depending on experience.
