Job Summary

The Manager of Succession Programs oversees the design, implementation, and execution of CHRISTUS Health's career development programs, focusing on succession planning for all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and CHRISTUS Health leaders to identify succession priorities and enhance the succession program and processes.
  • Supervise the succession team and oversee related technologies and participant experiences.
  • Develop successors, curate professional development opportunities, and partner with leaders to identify successors and interim leaders.
  • Design career development experiences aligned with strategic initiatives and researched best practices.
  • Oversee the successful progression of program participants through their professional development journey for readiness of internal promotion within CHRISTUS Health.
  • Compile and prepare reports around metrics and data-driven results for reporting, program design, delivery, and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Project management, program evaluation, curriculum development, adult learning, employee relations, and creativity skills.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, facilitating, or managing adult learning programs.
  • Career development and/or curating professional development experience is a must.
