Talent Management Leader

Job Summary:
The Manager of Succession Programs at Christus Health oversees the design, implementation, and execution of career development programs aimed at succession planning for all levels of the organization. This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Christus Health's leaders to identify succession priorities and enhance the succession program and processes to prepare participants for upward trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement succession programs aligned with researched best practices
- Supervise and manage the succession team and related processes
- Design career development experiences aligned with strategic initiatives and meeting program criteria
- Oversee the progression of program participants through their professional development journey for readiness of internal promotion
- Coordinate programming for succession and individual success, including succession calibration, personal development, team development, and progression reporting
- Compile and prepare reports around metrics and data-driven results for reporting, program design, delivery, and evaluation
- Partner with other areas of career development to ensure successful completion of programs
- Maintain consistent communication with program stakeholders and sponsors to remain aware of industry changes or other factors impacting program curricula and design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Project management, program evaluation, curriculum development, adult learning, employee relations, and creativity skills
- 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, facilitating, or managing adult learning programs
- Career development and/or curating professional development experience is a must
- Prior succession planning development and implementation experience is preferred
