About this Role:

The Talent Intelligence Leader will be a critical member of the TA Strategy and Analytics leadership team, overseeing one direct report and supporting all of Gartner's 700+ Talent Acquisition associates globally. This highly visible role will drive the growth and scaling of the Talent Intelligence function to meet Gartner's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the growth of the Talent Intelligence function, building out the long-term, scalable strategy of the function and positioning the Talent Intelligence team as a strategic trusted partner within the business ecosystem.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the global talent market, ensuring visibility and actionability for Talent Acquisition on relevant labor market trends.
  • Build influential relationships across the organization and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to solve complex problems and provide analytical support to effectively impact change.
  • Upskill TA teams on how to effectively utilize Talent Intelligence to drive their Recruiting and Sourcing Strategies, resulting in increased hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain close partnerships with Sourcing and Recruiting teams to systematically gather Talent Intelligence based on candidate conversations, as well as test sourcing strategies and talk tracks to understand how to most effectively cultivate and engage candidates.
  • Establish a customer-centric, no-limits culture across all team members.
  • Collaborate with our business partners - within and outside of HR - to solve business issues.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support both Recruiting and Gartner leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an analytical subject (e.g. math, science, engineering, economics, library and information science etc.).
  • 5-8+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in an HR, Strategy or Business Operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients and business partners and drive change.
  • Experience utilizing cutting edge technology to develop scalable solutions across a global matrixed environment.
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
  • Strong collaborator and business partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects across business functions with high quality results.
  • Extensive proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI and standard reporting tools such as Power Query or Visier.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
