Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Palliative Nurse Practitioner to join its team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with referring providers and consultants to provide relief of suffering for patients and families facing serious illness. Key responsibilities include assessing and managing burdensome symptoms, communicating effectively with patients and families, and establishing goals for care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic healthcare environment. A minimum of one to three years' experience as a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant, preferably in palliative care, is required. Certification as a Family/Geriatric or Adult Nurse Practitioner and registration as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island are also essential.

Estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
