About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Response Team Registered Nurse to provide end-of-life care to patients in need. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and management of patients' symptoms, pain, and quality of life.
- Development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on disease processes, symptom management, and end-of-life care.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in hospice or palliative care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- An annual salary range of $95,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
