We are currently seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a weekend float provider between centers in Rhode Island. The hourly compensation for this role is $58-$60 per hour, reflecting the value we place on the expertise and dedication of our professionals.

**Responsibilities**

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. They will collaborate with the Center Leadership Team for center-specific goals and priorities and work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers in the center. They will also work collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of delivering high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.

**Qualifications**

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a concentration and specialty track in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations, preferred
  • APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA in each state where they practice, if applicable

**Location and Work Schedule**

This part-time position requires working approximately 16-20 hours per week on weekends, with the possibility of floating between centers in Rhode Island. The estimated annual salary for this role is $96,640 - $124,800, based on the hourly rate and work schedule.
