Care New England Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive care to adults, adolescents, and children affected by psychiatric disorders, psychosocial issues, and substance use disorders.

About the Opportunity

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a generous benefit package including CME, malpractice insurance coverage, and employer retirement match program.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-based setting
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with mental health conditions
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island
  • Experience working in psychiatric mental health nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
