Job Summary

This role involves generating own prospects, establishing strong relationships with clients, and consulting on business needs to close deals effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate with other departments for lead sharing and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Group/Employee Benefits Lines with an independent broker
  • Proven track record in the Mid Market space
  • Ability to work independently and generate prospects, establish credibility, and close deals effectively
  • Referrals with a book of business exceeding $500K in Revenue will be considered a major plus
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
