Midland National Life Insurance Company is the Number 1 Regional Office for Midland National Life and has a long history of providing exceptional life insurance solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields and possess strong negotiation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for making outbound calls to independent Life Insurance Professionals and Financial Advisors to get them to attend our training meetings and sales workshop events. The successful candidate will also help them learn to move their life insurance business from submitted to completed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to independent Life Insurance Professionals and Financial Advisors
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs
  • Helping clients learn to move their life insurance business from submitted to completed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer
