Veterinary Client Service Coordinator

Client Service Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health in Redwood City. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and their pets, providing a positive and helpful experience.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate procedures, and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about services.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle payments during visits.
- Calculate fees, process payments, and assist with invoicing as needed.
- Offer pet care information and answer general questions.
- Keep reception area organized and comfortable for clients and pets.
- Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle emergencies calmly, directing clients appropriately.
- Address client concerns and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience - veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years of hospitality experience (e.g., creating a friendly and receptive environment for clients)
- Competent computer skills including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records
- Effective working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type 45+ wpm and use 10-key calculator
Benefits:
