Client Service Coordinator - Veterinary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients and their pets, providing a positive and helpful experience.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate procedures, and manage the clinic's calendar.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide information about services.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle payments during visits.
  • Calculate fees, process payments, and assist with invoicing as needed.
  • Offer pet care information and answer general questions.
  • Keep reception area organized and comfortable for clients and pets.
  • Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle emergencies calmly, directing clients appropriately.
  • Address client concerns and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of customer service experience - veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience (e.g., creating a friendly and receptive environment for clients)
  • Competent computer skills including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records
  • Effective working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Type 45+ wpm and use 10-key calculator
