Job Title: Key Account Manager

At Dürr Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customers, driving sales growth, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical product alignment with customer specifications
  • Provide sales forecasting and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to achieve business goals
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and their applications
  • Communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders to ensure effective solutions
  • Respond to customer requests for quotes and proposals
  • Preserve and improve profit margins through market trend analysis and keen sense of customer needs
  • Provide sales data to anticipate upcoming opportunities
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints to ensure successful product implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in relationship-based sales of a technical product in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical background and experience interfacing with an Engineering team
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
