Industrial Sales Manager

At Dürr Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customers, driving sales growth, and expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and expand market share
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical product alignment with customer specifications
- Provide sales forecasting and reporting to inform business decisions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to achieve business goals
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and their applications
- Communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders to ensure effective solutions
- Respond to customer requests for quotes and proposals
- Preserve and improve profit margins through market trend analysis and keen sense of customer needs
- Provide sales data to anticipate upcoming opportunities
- Facilitate resolution of customer complaints to ensure successful product implementation
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relationship-based sales of a technical product in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background and experience interfacing with an Engineering team
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Sales results and goal-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects
- High energy level with a strong work ethic, well-organized, and possesses strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Team player with ability to work in a diverse group
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while developing positive long-term relationships
- People person with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and abilities with a collaborative approach
- Personal commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) principles
- Dedication to integrity and performing all business transactions with the highest ethical conduct
