Job Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that vendors adhere to quality standards and financial expectations while complying with regulatory and contractual obligations. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues that affect vendor performance, supporting budget oversight, and advising senior leadership on vendor-related concerns.

Key Duties

  • Identify and resolve challenges that prevent vendors from delivering anticipated services.
  • Organize and facilitate operational discussions with vendor representatives.
  • Aid in budget formulation, purchase order oversight, and expense management.
  • Keep senior leadership updated on compliance matters and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

Substitutions

  • 6 years in Finance, business analysis, or systems management

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Business Administration

Experience

Required

  • 3 - 5 years as a Business Analyst

Preferred

  • 1 - 3 years in Audit and Compliance
  • 1 - 3 years in Vendor Management

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $50,200.00
