Front Office Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Hospitality Group. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, and leading a team of Guest Services Agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including guest registration, check-out, and communication of hotel services and information.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to Guest Services Agents, including training and coaching.
  • Ensure Guest Services Agents consistently review expected arrivals, check guests in/out of hotel according to procedures, and make reservations outside of hours.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate guest billing, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Effectively deal with internal and external customers, resolving conflicts and providing excellent customer service.
  • May provide concierge assistance, including providing information about services guests may require, such as dining, recreation, entertainment, shopping, business, travel, and hotel amenities.
  • Coordinate Guest requests with other departments as required.
  • Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
