Front Desk Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service at Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor front desk associates to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations.
  • Maintain effective communication with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to front desk operations, including occupancy and revenue metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role within the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
