Job Title: Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team at Career Group Companies. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client-focused services and support to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their guests
  • Provide real-time support for meetings and events
  • Manage client requests and coordinate various services efficiently
  • Work closely with the Experience and Events Teams to enhance the office environment
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior work experience in administrative, reception, or concierge roles
  • Proficiency with PC/Mac platforms and basic MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with multifunctional devices and office equipment
  • Ability to perform fine and/or gross motor skills, including lifting packages up to 60 lbs.
