Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At DKN Hotel Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising and training front desk staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room assignments, and front office activities
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and reporting
  • Assist with guest complaints and issues, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions:

The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced front office environment, interacting with guests, team members, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a dynamic environment.
