Client Relationship Manager for SMB Solutions

What does a Client Relationship Manager do at Fiserv?
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for a designated portfolio of clients, providing strategic and consultative support. As a Customer Success Manager focusing on Software as a Service (SaaS) and Value-Added Services (VAS), you will be instrumental in guiding small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) toward achieving their essential business goals. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with our SMB clientele, gaining insights into their specific needs and delivering customized SaaS and VAS solutions to foster their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for SaaS and VAS solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
  • Effectively present and advocate for products/services, educating clients on how our offerings address their challenges and enhance growth.
  • Drive revenue enhancement through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the range of solutions within your assigned SMB accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support, ensuring clients enjoy a smooth experience with our solutions. Provide training and guidance on product utilization to optimize their operational processes.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in solution-oriented selling.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in selling SaaS and VAS solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting SMBs in their growth.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, achieving trusted advisor status.
