Your Role:

As a Client Solutions Sales Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated sales team to surpass sales objectives for Hardware, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
  • Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to optimize upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the SMB sector.
  • Mentor and develop sales representatives, enhancing their expertise in product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (an MBA is advantageous).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the VAS and SaaS landscape.
  • Proven expertise in upselling and cross-selling to SMB clients.
  • A track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.


Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $59,500.00 to $93,100.00, with variations based on location and role-specific factors.
