Job Title: Deployment Fielding & Sustainment (DFS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead

As a key member of the Raytheon team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Global Patriot Program. This position requires a strong leader who can plan and execute sustainment strategies, manage on-site support staff, and work closely with various teams to achieve program objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sustainment strategies to ensure the continued success of the fielded system.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to apply disciplined program management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive performance to cost and schedule targets, ensuring the program remains on track.
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with other program leads to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Generate and lead proposal inputs on all relevant scope, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of program requirements.
  • Resolve cost, scope, and schedule issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Establish and drive roadmaps for sustainment activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Balance alignment between program and product roadmap objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Support the Risk & Opportunity process, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Regularly interact with the USG customer and Country Unique Customer, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and deliver advanced, system-specific training to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Typically Requires: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant Program or Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems or managing project or program cost, schedule, and risk.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs.
  • Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems.
  • Experience with proposals development/management.
  • Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability, and flexibility managing multiple, diverse, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.
