About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Engineer Lead to join our III-V process development team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing process development efforts, improving product yield, and developing new processes and device capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute process development efforts to improve product yield and develop new processes and device capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process control and quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Work closely with the III-V process development team to identify and prioritize process development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of process development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience, or a PhD and a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing techniques such as photo lithography, dry etching, wet etching, plating, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in STEM.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing techniques in wet etch, wet cleans, and plating process areas.
  • Experience working in a controlled, cleanroom environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting a diverse set of fabrication equipment and establishing equipment qualification and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with statistical process control and lean manufacturing methods.
