About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Deployment Fielding & Sustainment (DFS) program at Raytheon. As IPT Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing the sustainment strategy for the fielded system, including on-site support staff, transportation of sustainment resources, field maintenance support, material procurement, return & repair, and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive performance to cost and schedule targets
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with other program leads
  • Generate/Lead proposal inputs on all relevant scope
  • Resolve cost, scope, and schedule issues
  • Establish and drive roadmaps for sustainment activities
  • Balance alignment between program and product roadmap objectives
  • Support the Risk & Opportunity process
  • Regularly interact with the USG customer and Country Unique Customer
  • Develop and deliver advanced, system-specific training
Requirements
  • Typically requires: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant Program or Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems or managing project or program cost, schedule and risk
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead
  • Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs
  • Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems
  • Experience with proposals development/management
  • Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple, diverse and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements
