Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP). A valid pharmacy license is required by the time of employment. Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program is essential (for instance, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, or State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
