Clinical Case Management Associate

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma is required.
Experience: A minimum of two years in a healthcare environment is preferred. Proficiency in computer skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology are essential.
Role Overview:
This position operates under the supervision of the Manager of Case Management and the Case Manager RN. The role involves assisting with the utilization review process, which includes relaying clinical information and reviews to third-party payers to secure certification and approval for inpatient and post-hospital services. Additionally, the role supports the coordination of post-hospital care and service arrangements.
Work Schedule:
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend day shift every four weeks. Flexibility to float to other campuses may be required. The primary location for this position is Washington Township.
