Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is essential.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer usage and a solid understanding of medical terminology is required.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Manager of Case Management and the Case Manager RN, the individual in this role will assist with the utilization review process. This includes the communication of clinical information and reviews to third-party payers to secure certification and approval for inpatient and post-hospital services. The position also involves coordinating post-hospital care and service arrangements.

Work Schedule:
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend day shift every four weeks. Flexibility to float to other campuses may be required. The primary location for this role will be Washington Township.
