About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Main Line Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring they receive accurate and compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective communication to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Document all interactions and communication with patients and families, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and programs, enabling you to provide informed support to patients and families.

Requirements:

  • At least two to three years of customer service experience in a healthcare or service-oriented organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Medical terminology knowledge and certification preferred.
