Position Overview:

Johnson & Johnson Corporate is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Non-Qualified Plans. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the administration of Non-Qualified Plans within the organization.

Team Mission:

The Savings Plan Administration team operates under the Corporate Treasury function, focusing on delivering exceptional service and expertise in managing Savings Plans (401K) and Non-Qualified Plans in compliance with relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the administration of Johnson & Johnson's Non-Qualified Plans, ensuring accuracy in records, payment processing, and liability accounting.
2. Act as the primary liaison with third-party providers regarding Non-Qualified Plans.
3. Lead projects related to Non-Qualified Plans, including system enhancements and communication strategies.
4. Conduct complex data analytics, reconciliations, and audits to maintain data integrity across internal and external systems.
5. Stay updated on company policies, plan documents, and regulatory requirements pertaining to Non-Qualified Plans.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Master's degree and/or CPA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in finance or Non-Qualified Plan administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP) is essential.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills are required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a process-oriented mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of data assessment. The ability to influence stakeholders and champion continuous improvement initiatives is crucial. This role may involve limited travel.


Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus based on individual and corporate performance.
