The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group, part of the Med Tech sector within Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the CSS Global Franchise.
This position plays a critical role in the development and delivery of comprehensive global business performance reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present financial outcomes to leadership, utilizing executive-level framing to convey essential messages.
2. Consolidate, challenge, and present actual and planned financial statements, effectively communicating business drivers and insights.
3. Collaborate with regional teams to gather timely and value-added commentary.
4. Assist in the preparation of quarterly CSS Investor Relations packages for external reporting.
5. Lead pipeline valuation cycles and drive key global franchise initiatives such as Gross Profit & Price analytics.
6. Spearhead consolidation efforts for expenses and royalties during forecast updates and actuals reporting.
7. Execute special projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and performance.
8. Support the SignFi program for CSS deployment.
Qualifications:
Required:
1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
2. At least three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience.
3. Strong analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel, along with excellent conceptual, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
4. Effective communication and presentation skills, with solid interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing capabilities.
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
1. CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications.
2. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries.
This position may require occasional travel.
