Job Title:
Senior FP&A Analyst

Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver dependable financial insights to the executive leadership, enabling informed financial decisions for the organization.

The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the CFO and will work in close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and COO to assist in the preparation, consolidation, and examination of budgets, forecasts, and analyses that highlight trends and assess profitability across different regions and products.


This individual will establish reporting mechanisms in areas such as job costing, labor analysis, revenue and profit recognition, customer profitability, and long-term financial modeling.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a proven track record of creating efficient and scalable reporting processes that are cost-effective.


The candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment that prioritizes accuracy and promptness, demonstrating a strong ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues effectively.

This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Extract data from internal sources and develop operational metrics and/or financial analyses that support the company's strategic objectives.

2. Utilize critical thinking skills when preparing financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations.

3. Create profitability analyses for customers and regions to support the corporate sales team.

4. Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and capital budget.

5. Contribute to the five-year projections of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

6. Prepare presentation materials for investors.

7. Undertake additional special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, an individual must be capable of independently conducting data investigations and analyses.


Preferred Education / Experience:
1. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.

3. A collaborative mindset with the ability to initiate and work autonomously.

4. A bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Accounting or Finance.

5. Familiarity with data manipulation and reporting.

6. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance support services.

7. Exceptional oral, written, and communication skills.
