The Role

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Product Strategist who possesses a strong passion for FinTech and investment solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product, you will be at the forefront of strategic ideation, responsible for formulating actionable plans and overseeing their execution. We value a proactive team player who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is an entrepreneurial self-starter willing to take calculated risks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Investment Portfolio Development: Formulate strategies to diversify member investments and enhance the "Participation Rate" to optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement and manage initiatives within the purchase funnel to enhance revenue and completion rates.
  • Investment Capabilities Enhancement: Expand and refine investing functionalities, including trades, recurring investments, and installment payments to align with market demands.
  • User Engagement & Retention: Focus on creating high-engagement, high-retention products that foster user loyalty and drive product-led growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and advance investment strategies that align with broader company objectives and market trends, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation & Requirements Management: Ensure that cross-functional teams have the necessary resources to execute effectively, from product requirement documents to strategic communications for sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record in fintech, investment products, financial markets, or trading platforms.
  • Expertise in conducting and analyzing user research to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with mobile-first products that include web-app functionality.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization and experimentation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in fintech and investment products.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Background in creating products designed for habitual use and user engagement.
  • Knowledge of financial data aggregation platforms like Plaid.
  • Experience in integrating gamification strategies to enhance user engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI, ML, and big data technologies in product management.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and competencies. The base salary is one component of Linqto's total employee compensation package, which includes equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
