Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Admin to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Medical Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Collect co-payments, pre-authorizations, and review insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Assist with referrals, scheduling transportation, and serving as a resource for patient inquiries.
  • Collaborate with peers, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring patient demographics are up-to-date.
  • Perform additional front office tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Prior medical front office, medical reception, or healthcare administration experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a patient-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to rapid changes.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to building teams.
  • Highly detailed, organized, and sense of urgency.
  • Strong customer service skills while being highly professional.
Benefits

We offer a competitive pay rate of $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for bilingual candidates to receive an additional $1 per hour. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
